This project is a fine example of our ability to tailor a management contract to meet the specific needs of a facility. Since the café is a smaller snack bar operation located inside the airport terminal, a number of our golf course related services were obviously not needed. HGGP created a management agreement for the Willard Airport Authority that included professional management services, only on a much smaller scale and at a reduced fee. The types of services provided at this location include general oversight of the operation, accounting, purchasing, licensing, staffing and employee benefits. |
