Twin Bridges Golf Club

H.G. Golf Properties and a group of select investors entered into a 55-year land lease agreement with Waste Management of Indiana for the construction and management of an 18-hole daily fee championship golf course in 1995. HGGP performed as the general contractor for the construction of the entire project including the golf course, clubhouse, cart storage and maintenance building. The facility opened for play in 1997 and has become one of Indiana’s premiere golf courses receiving a 4-star rating from Golf Digest in 2001.

This Robert Lohmann original design features eighteen remarkable holes skillfully placed along White Lick Creek and laid out in equally dramatic fashion over its 248+ acres. The front nine is known for its larger greens and fescue lined bent grass fairways while the more traditional back nine offers rolling hills and tightly guarded greens. The golf course also offers golfers a driving range and practice facility. The Clubhouse completes the operation with a fully-stocked Pro Shop, Snack Bar and Banquet Facility.
